Why BUF Boot Camp?

Take the guess work out of your workouts. From the warm-up to the cool down you’ll be guided along and challenged.

Our facility is fitted with a soft, foam floor for comfortable workouts and all of the equipment necessary for safe and effective functional training.

Showing up is not enough though. Expect to be pushed to your limit with each class, whether you’re a beginner or elite athlete.
