For over a decade I've been in and out of many gyms. No matter where I've lived or the hours I've had to work, I always found time to get in the gym and continue to build and maintain my body.
Now I own my own gym and can train whenever and whomever I want.

Your results are going to depend on how often we train together. Sessions are 45 minutes.

With so much variety being offered, no 2 workouts will be the same.
Of course there will be barbell training for squats, deadlifts, bench press and power cleans.
You'd be surprised at the results you can achieve just using your body weight. For some people, we will start here. Others will start with more resistance.
