Why BUF Boot Camp?

Our bi-monthy check-in system is meant to help members achieve their goals, whether they be fat loss or muscle gains.

Twice a month you will check-in with the head trainer to weigh-in and review your food diary. During that time we will suggest changes that will help you get the best results.
