Ten Good Reasons to Have a Suspension Trainer at Home

I guess I should be used to it by now, but 9 out of 10 of my new boot camp clients have no idea what the TRX Suspension Trainer is. I guess it’s weird to me because it’s something we use pretty much everyday and it it’s such an important piece of equipment in my boot camp.
