    How to Find Out How Much You Can Squat

    First, safety first. Make sure you have a spotter. It’s always a good thing to have someone around to help you. You’re going to be lifting a lot more weight than you’re used to.

    Second, make sure you’re warmed up! This is important for when you’re trying to find out how much you can squat.

    Follow the steps in the video to ensure you have proper form and technique. It doesn’t count unless you break parallel.
