By far, one of the biggest challenges in operating my boot camp over the last 3 years has been getting men to join BUF Boot Camp…and stay.
It may be all the women, it may be that men feel that they need to have lots of weight or it may be that men prefer to do things on their own.
Either way, I’m glad Brad decided to join and stick it out.
There have been a few that have come and gone. Some for a couple of months, but Brad has definitely mad a commitment to getting in shape.
