Here are a few upper body and ab exercises for fat loss for you to try to incorporate into your routine.
The first one is my favorite. It’s a seated ab press. It mostly hits the shoulders and abs.
The second, the dumbbell deadbug, is mostly an ab exercise, but also hits the chest and triceps.
The third, the plank row, is probably the hardest. It requires a good amount of core strength to pull this one off.
