Simply put: Ab Exercises Alone Won’t Get You a Six-Pack.
They simply don’t allow you to burn the calories necessary to tone up that mid section. Since we all know that proper nutrition is key- combining good nutrition with full-body exercises will help you along your journey much faster.
I’ve put together a few exercises I like to do with my clients in both, our boot camp classes, as well as our one-on-one sessions.
They may not be loved by my clients, but they are effective with help them burn lots of calories.
