    Advanced Full-Body Exercises-Upper and Lower Body

    Not only do these two exercise hit the upper and lower body, but they also require a good deal of balance and core strength.

    In this video I demonstrate the Bulgarian Split Squat for your lower body and Renegade Row for your upper body.

    I’ve also included some modifications for each.

    Try adding one or both of these exercises to your routine.
