For most people, the six-pack abs are the ultimate sign of fitness and being in shape. So understandably, people put a lot of focus on this area of the body.
Remember though, abs are like any other muscle group in the body in that they require rest in order to properly strengthen over time. That means it’s not necessary to do an abdominal workout every day.
And also remember that if you are overweight you MUST address your nutrition and focus on burning lots of calories.
