So How deed should you squat?
The answer: as low as your body will allow.
Deeper squats require more muscles. Some would argue that if you’re not breaking parallel you’re not squatting.
Getting into a deeper squat not just works your quads, but your hips glutes and inner thighs are challenged as well.
More muscles being worked means more muscles being built…more calories burned….better results….increased strength…and the list goes on.
So, as I like to say to my clients “GET IN THAT SQUAT”.
