But they also contain lots of sugar.
This is why bananas are on the “do not eat” list.
A regular size banana can contain up to 14 g of sugar!
That half of the daily recommended intake…in just a snack.
If you have a weight loss goal, you may want to find an alternative to bananas.
If the potassium is what your looking for, try sweet potatoes. They pack just as much potassium with just a third of the sugar you would get in a banana.
