• Reducing Knee Pain Before Your Workout

    The number one ailment holding most hindering most of my clients’ abilities, confidence and even results…knee pain.

    I always preach to my clients the importance of a warm up that focuses on their lower body.

    It doesn’t hurt to spend a few minutes before and after your workout to take care of your problem areas.

    Start with:

    • 5 minutes on the elliptical or rower
    • then spend 3 to 5 minutes with the foam roller
    • spend 3 to 5 minutes extending your knees over the foam roller with your toes pointed towards the ceiling
    • spend 1 to 2 minutes with the band stretch
