How to Get Started

Step 1. Purchase Your 30 Day voucher.

Click the button above or below to make your purchase.

Step 2. Attend a New Member Orientation

After you've made the purchase you will be contacted to schedule your orientation. During this time we will discuss your goals, get you weighed in and get you started with a short workout.

Step 3. Attend the class that fits you!

Classes are held Monday through Friday at 5:30 am, 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Step 4. Meet Your Trainer

Within your first couple of days as a member, you will meet or be contacted by the trainer who will help see you through. Your trainer will be assisting you with your nutrition and fat loss goals.

You will need to schedule another appointment. In this case will need to purchase the offer FIRST. Once you are contacted we can schedule another orientation for you.
Yes. This is your chance actually see where we are located, meet one of our trainers and most of all, discuss our goals and obstacles. This can't be done if your first time coming is attending a class where there can be a bit of confusion. So, lets eliminate the confusion before it starts.
We will be having you step on the scale, getting your body fat percentage, taking measurements and performing a light workout....so wear your workout gear!
