Once we've establish some clear goals, we need to make sure your nutrition will reflect those goals. Your everyday-eating must be consistent with your goals. No days off!

Step 3 - Let's hold you accountable.

You're going to tell me when you plan to come in to review your progress and nutrition. Put your name on this calendar twice a month.
