We use a simple formula, combined with our BUF Boot Camp app to help you build a meal plan that works for YOU and monitor it weekly.

With our Back to the Basics program you will be assigned to one of our trainers who will be monitoring your attendance, performance and nutrition. All in an effort to help you stick with it!

Use of the BUF Boot Camp app

We will have direct communication with you and be able to track your nutrition as well as progress via the BUF Boot Camp app

The Balanced Meal Formula

Using our Balanced Meal Formula we're going to help you plan your meals each week.

Strength & Cardio Training

You learn proper form and technique while you're building lean muscle to help you tone your body into a fat burning machine.

How much and when?


The Back the the Basics program is a six week program meant to help fitness newbies or those who have been M.I.A, either get started or get back on track.


The cost of the 6-week program is just $99.


Class times are 6:30 pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

How to get started


Before getting started with the Back to the Basics program you must attend a new member orientation session. These sessions are held on Sundays at 10 am and 3 pm.


We'll approximately an hour getting you set up with our apps, getting you weighed and measured and, or course, a short workout.
