yoga for athletes (tuesdays)

Deep stretch yoga class focused on increasing flexibility. Great for training flexibility from head to toe. For yogis of all levels.

Vinyasa Flow (Thursdays)

Fast-paced class focused on increasing mobility and core strength. Traditional vinyasa style class providing lots of options for newbies as well as advanced yogis. Great if you don't mind a little sweat.

Attend a class

Multiple options for joining us.  Class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.

Single Pass

Enjoy a single yoga class.

Multi-Class Pass

Enjoy 6 yoga classes.
