GHOE Fitness Challenge1.0

For 4 weeks, you will have online access to structured workouts, weekly meal plans, and a fitness coach to guide and encourage you along the way. Minimal equipment is required to get started; making it convenient for you to complete the challenge at home or at your local gym.

What You Get

Workouts delivered to you each week via our app. They will include video demonstrations and timer, to tell you when to start and stop the exercises.

We all know that nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand when it comes to getting great results. I've included a different video each week to help motivate you to not only prepare your meals in advance, but also try new things.

Via the app, you will have the ability to communicate with me directly. You can expect a prompt response. You will also be able to communicate with me via our Facebook group.
