Operating in small groups allows the trainer more access to each client to address and assess their nutritional goals as well.
Assisting with weekly meal planning and progress tracking (strength, body fat and measurements) are also components of this program.
Session times: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
.Single sessions are $15. Get an full month (8 sessions) for $80.
