New member orientations are held on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 am.
Classes are held Monday through Friday at 5:30 am, 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, and Saturdays at 9 am.

You will need to schedule another appointment. In this case will need to purchase the offer FIRST. Once you are contacted we can schedule another orientation for you.
Yes. This is your chance actually see where we are located, meet one of our trainers and most of all, discuss our goals and obstacles. This can't be done if your first time coming is attending a class where there can be a bit of confusion. So, lets eliminate the confusion before it starts.
We will be having you step on the scale, getting your body fat percentage, taking measurements and performing a light workout....so wear your workout gear!
Unfortunately not. You have 2 weeks from the day of your orientation to come to as many classes as you wish.
